2. Accounts and Registration: All information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date. The account is strictly personal; sharing login credentials (username and password) with anyone else is prohibited. If this is discovered, the academy reserves the right to close the account without refunding any fees.
3. Intellectual Property Rights: All educational content (videos, PDFs, quizzes, designs) is the exclusive property of Noor Academy. Recording lessons, taking screenshots, or republishing content on any other platforms (such as YouTube or Facebook) is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this will subject the perpetrator to legal action and immediate service suspension.
4. Payment and Fees Policy: Courses are activated after payment is confirmed through available methods (Vodafone Cash, Fawry, etc.). We are committed to offering our services at prices that take economic conditions into account, and any price changes will be announced well in advance. In case of withdrawal from a course, refunds are subject to the policy specific to each course (please contact the administration before registering).
5. Rules of Conduct and Discipline: General etiquette must be observed when interacting within the platform or in associated discussion groups. The academy reserves the right to ban any user who behaves disrespectfully towards teachers or fellow students.
6. Technical Responsibility: We make every effort to ensure the platform operates around the clock; however, we are not responsible for any temporary interruption caused by maintenance work or internet problems at the user's end.
7. Amendment of Terms: Noor Academy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and amendments shall become effective as soon as they are published on this page.

Students are entitled to a full refund of the course fee within 24 hours of purchase if their account is not activated or if they cannot access the content due to technical issues on the platform's end.
Due to the nature of digital products (educational videos), refunds are not possible once you start watching the content or downloading the course attachments.
If a course is purchased in error, it can be exchanged for another course of the same value before starting to watch it, by contacting the academy's technical support via WhatsApp.
Service Duration Policy / Shipping Service Provision Period
Educational courses are activated automatically and immediately upon successful completion of the payment process via Paymob or other gateways.
In the event of payment via e-wallets and activation delays, the technical support team is committed to manually activating the service within a maximum of two hours from the time of receiving the payment receipt.
The learning material remains available to the student on the platform throughout the academic year (or as per the duration specified in the details of each course) and does not end with the end of the first viewing.
